Request deletion of your fkrah account

Email deletion request

Steps to request deletion

  1. Send an email to info@fkrah.co with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
  2. Send the request from the email address used for your fkrah account whenever possible.
  3. If you cannot access that email address, include details that help us verify ownership.

Data deleted or anonymized

  • Profile and contact details.
  • Authentication data and active sessions.
  • Learning activity, notes, flashcards, exam attempts, and support tickets where deletion is possible.
  • Push notification device tokens.

Data we may keep

  • Payment, accounting, refund, and transaction records required by law.
  • Security, fraud prevention, dispute, or legal records when needed.
  • Temporary backup copies until routine backup expiration.

Retention and processing time

We normally process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies may take up to 90 days to expire from routine backup systems. Retained records are kept only as long as needed for legal, security, payment, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
